18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-50 (2)Patients diagnosed by the criteria of Class II malocclusion (3)Patients with clinical symptoms of TMD and diagnosed by the temporomandibular joint disorders (RDC/TMD) (4)Individual normal occlusion with complete dentition (5) No bone destruction in the CBCT image of condyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Abnormal occlusion such as supernumerary teeth, cross bite and locked bite (2)Iatrogenic factors: patients with the clinical symptoms of TMD received orthodontic treatment or occlusal pad treatment, and patients without the clinical symptoms of TMD received occlusal pad treatment (3)Past history of maxillofacial and temporomandibular joint surgery and trauma; (4)Patients with neuropsychiatric and systemic diseases
