18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosed as degenerative grade ? meniscal tear with knee MRI; (2) Physical examination with positive local tenderness of knee joint and positive McMurray test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with meniscus injury who agree to surgical treatment; (2)Patients complicated with infectious diseases; (3)Patients complicated with blood diseases; (4)Patients complicated with moderate and severeknee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence Grade 3 or 4).
