Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult renal disease patients or renal transplant recipients who have been seen in the outpatient clinic of Tongji Hospital and regularly followed up or hospitalized in Tongji Hospital, with complete medical records kept and undergoing regular treatment with Tripterygium wilfordii genus preparations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not attending Tongji Hospital; patients with renal disease or renal transplantation who are not taking Tripterygium wilfordii genus preparations; minors.
