Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury published by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) [1], with clear clinical manifestations of spinal cord injury and spinal cord lesions confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) A duration of the disease of more than six months; (3) ASIA classification of grade C/D (4) the injured segment: T10-L2; (5) Muscle tone of each muscle group in both lower limbs =2 levels (6) No cognitive, visual, or auditory dysfunction, and the patient is able to communicate normally with the therapist and follow the therapist advice to do rehabilitation exercises; (7) The patient can walk with assistance or independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with complete spinal cord injury; (2) Patients with fractures, contractures, or deformities in the lower limbs; (3) Patients with other underlying diseases in multiple organs and systems; (4) Patients with other medical diseases that affect functional walking training; (5) Patients with communication problems and non-compliance with medical orders;(6) Patients who dropped out during the experiment.
