Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as stroke meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke formulated by the 2014 National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference; 2.18 = 70 years old, regardless of gender, right-handed; 3. No cognitive disorder or communication disorder, and the simple intelligent state examination (MMSE) is more than 27 points; 4. First onset with a course of more than 6 months; 5. Upper limb and hand dysfunction, Brunstrom stage ? - ?; 6. Subjects understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 7. Subjects' rehabilitation motivation rating scale is below 25 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have serious systemic diseases such as heart and lung diseases and cannot tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2. Patients with confirmed psychosis, severe depression (with suicidal tendency) or epilepsy, and family history of psychosis or epilepsy; 3. There are serious systemic diseases such as diabetes and uremia; 4. Severe joint contracture; 5. Suffering from any cause of consciousness disorder; 6. According to the safety guidelines, there are contraindications for transcranial direct current/magnetic stimulation (TMS/tDCS) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), such as metal foreign bodies in the body or other electronic devices implanted in the body; 7. Auditory or visual defects may affect the evaluation and treatment; 8. Use drugs that change the excitability of cerebral cortex (antiepileptic drugs, sedative hypnotic drugs, etc.); 9. Obvious pain, sleep disorder and mental disorder.
