18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine leiomyoma treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound in our hospital have uterine leiomyoma = 3cm 2. No recent history of sedative and analgesic drugs 3. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory insufficiency 2. Patients with cardiac insufficiency and poor control of severe hypertension 3. Kidney or liver disease 4. Obesity (BMI > 35m /kg2) 5. There may be difficult airway 6. Respiratory tract infection within one week
