Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is between 18 and 65 years old 2.undergo small to medium sized surgery,ASA1-3 grade 3.Patients participate voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergies to study medications 2.ASA>grade3 3.Pregnancy and lactation 4.History of motion sickness 5.History of drug addiction, history of chronic pain, history of chronic opioid use (daily opioid use >3 months 6.Chronic kidney disease (serum creatinine >200µmol dl-1) 7. Subjects with known allergies or adverse reactions to S-ketamine, ketamine, patients with a history of mental illness such as mania or depression, or those with speech disorders.
