50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged=50 years; 2. Diagnosed as thoracic HZ within 1 week from initial rash onset; 3. With moderate to severe pain; 4. Willing to complete the allocation and follow-up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe immunity impairment; 2. Cardiovascular/hepatic/renal dysfunction; 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. Psychiatric symptoms; 5. Systemic consumption of antiviral drugs; 6. Analgesic addition; 7. Pregnancy/lactation.
