Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? first diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction in the 2016 Emergency Rapid Care Guidelines for Acute Coronary Syndromes; ? age = 18 years and CCU stay = 48 h; ? no verbal communication impairment; ? voluntary participation in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? serious complications during hospitalization; ? mental or cognitive dysfunction; ? life expectancy <1 year; ? patients not meeting discharge criteria and transferred to hospital.
