Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of herpes zoster in China Expert Consensus on Herpes Zoster; 2. The patients were in acute stage when they were admitted to hospital, and the onset time was 18 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunoenhancers and other similar medications; 2. Accompanied by psychiatric disorders, cognitive dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by severe immunodeficiency, infectious diseases, hematological diseases, malignant tumors and other similar conditions; 4. Recent acute infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 8. Diseases affecting the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.
