Control Group:The control group was given 3 ml of normal saline 10 minutes before induction
PHC Group:The PHC group was given intravenous PHC (diluted 0.01mg/Kg to 3ml) 10 minutes before induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with pseudomyxoma peritonei and undergoing selective cytoreductive surgery combined with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy 2.ASA grade I-III 3. Patients who consented to participate in this study and informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative renal insufficiency (KDOQI stage =4, eGFR<30mL/min/1.73m2) 2. History of abdominal surgery within the past 1 month 3. Glaucoma 4. Autoimmune disease with immunosuppressant or glucocorticoid therapy in the past 1 month 5. Taking the antioxidant ulinastatin and other drugs for the past week
