Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for RA and RA complications(carotid atherosclerosis, ILD, OP, AIH, MCI, depression, anxiety and thyroid dysfunction); (2) Aged above 18 years old; (3) Long-term residence in the community where the project is implemented (more than five years); (4) Those who can cooperate to complete the collection of relevant medical history and have complete data; (5) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who cannot complete the cohort study due to other primary diseases; (2)Primary diseases that affect the outcome judgment, such as ankylosing spondylitis, lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis and other autoimmune diseases; (3)Patients with mental disorders such as cognitive impairment.
