Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy women with regular periods (21-35 days, 2-7 days); 2. Age =18 years old and =35 years old; 3. Volunteer to take the test and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with menstrual disorders in the last three months (low menstrual cycle, abnormal uterine bleeding, intermenstrual bleeding, menorrhagia, amenorrhea, irregular menstruation sequence, etc.); 2. Those who plan to become pregnant or during pregnancy or lactation; 3. Have a history of abortion in the past six months (medical abortion or surgical abortion); 4. Have taken antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel, ticagrelor, acximab, etc.), anticoagulant drugs (heparin, rivaroxaban, warfarin, etc.) or other drugs that may affect platelet function in the past three months, including Chinese patent medicine or decoction of HuoxueHuayu; 5. Used birth control pills (including oral, topical and subcutaneous injections) within the last three months; Placement of intrauterine devices; 6. Diagnosis of hypertension, dyslipidemia, liver or kidney diseases, endocrine and gynaecological diseases, mental disorders and a history of chronic diseases; 7. Thrombotic disease, hemorrhagic disease or bleeding tendency; 8. Patients with infection or allergic symptoms at the time of blood sample collection and regular vigorous exercise (exercise time exceeding 1 hour/time, average heart rate during exercise reaching 140 times /min or above, exercise times =3 times/week); 9. Anemia patients (hemoglobin 300×10^6/L); 10. Those who have a history of smoking or are still smoking; Those who drink more than 35g pure alcohol per day, that is 2 drinks per day (1 drink =150ml red wine or 360ml beer or 50ml white wine); 11. Participants in other clinical trials.
