Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy; ? Age 65-80 years old; ? ASA was graded from I to ?. ? BMI18-28kg /m2; ? Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Severe hypertension or diabetes; ? Coronary heart disease; ? Combined with central nervous system disease; ? Difficult airway; ? Allergy to the study drug; ? Intermittent or long-term use of benzodiazepines or opioids within 2 months before admission.
