Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled gastrointestinal tumor resection 2.=18 years old 3.ASA Grade I-IV 4.Postoperative hospital stay is expected to be =3 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency operation 2. Reoperation during the hospitalization 3. The operation was temporarily canceled 4. The second operation was performed within 3 days after the operation 5.Planned postoperative admission ICU6 speech impairments severely impaired hearing or vision cognitive dysfunction coma mental illness Alzheimer's disease and other inability to complete the assessment 7.The patient was participating in another intervention study for sleep disorders. 8. The patient refused to participate in the study
