Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled gastrointestinal tumor resection 2. =18 years old 3. ASA Grade I-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to dexmetomidine. 2.Preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy. 3.Severe cognitive impairment. 4.Neurological disease and neurological injury that may effect on sleep quality 5.Sick sinus syndrome, persistent bradycardia requiring intervention, severe abnormalities of cardiac conduction system (second or third-degree atrioventricular block) and severe ventricular dysfunction, severe hemodynamic instability 6.Patients with alcohol or drug dependence, long-term use of opioids, benzodiazepines, and other drugs known to affect sleep structure. 7.Chronic sleep disorder. 8.Significant kidney disease (stage 4 kidney disease or higher) and liver disease (Child-Pugh B or C class). 9.Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 10.Refuse to participate.
