Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient's age is more than 18 years old; ? The doctor issued a doctor's order for tomorrow's discharge; ? The patient has clear awareness, no communication and cognitive barriers, informed consent, and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffer from serious physical disorder; ? Cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the investigation; ? With severe dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other organs.
