Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of epilepsy (with or without cognitive decline) In addition, this study recruited: ? patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease/mild cognitive impairment (without epilepsy) who volunteered to participate in and sign the informed consent form ? healthy people aged 50-85 years old, in good physical condition, without previous history of major diseases, who volunteered to participate in and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? decompensation period with other serious diseases of the system ? patients unable to cooperate with the examination due to long-term bed rest and severe mental illness ? patients judged by the researcher not suitable for clinical research
