Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chronic lower back pain and discomfort mainly below the costal margin and above the subgluteal fold, with or without leg pain. (2) There was no obvious abnormality in lumbar imaging examination, and the patient was in the chronic stage (lumbago time > 6 weeks); (3) injurious, neurotic, or nonspecific types; (4) The subjects are of any gender and above the age of 18; (5) VAS score =3 points and ODI score =5 points; (6) Can read, write and understand characters, good communication skills; (7) Participate voluntarily and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) non-mechanical low back pain caused by tumor inflammatory arthritis or infection (2) Lower limb weakness due to lumbar radiculopathy or myelopathy (3) Lumbar paravertebral muscle fat infiltration in the last 6 months (4) Pregnant or lactating women (5) serious circulatory respiratory system, nervous system or heart disease; (6) Severe orthopedic disease, e.g., scoliosis with curvature >8mm; (7) Patients with cognitive impairment or inability to read, write or understand words;
