18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Weight greater than 45 kg; 3. Patients who were clinically diagnosed as stroke before inclusion in the study and did not form deep vein thrombosis after examination; 4. Patients who were admitted to hospital within three days of acute stroke and expected to be hospitalized for more than two weeks; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema; 2. Lower extremity edema and skin abnormalities ( inflammation / surgery ); 3. Lower extremity vascular severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic vascular disease, lower extremity severe deformity; 4. Use anticoagulant drugs within one month before surgery; 5. Chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and other liver diseases.
