30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective lower median open-heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass (2) Age 30-75 years old and gender unlimited; (3) ASA ? ~ IV grade; (4) NYHA? ~ ? grade; (5) Body mass index (BMI) of 18 ~ 28kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous thoracic and pulmonary operations (2) Preoperative mechanical ventilation (3) Patients with severe respiratory diseases before surgery (such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute respiratory failure, etc.); (4) Severe abnormalities of liver, kidney and coagulation before surgery (ALT>100U/L,AST>100U/L, serum bilirubin >40µmol/L, serum albumin 353µmol/L, BUN>14.3mmol/L, PT >6 s, INR>2.3); (5) Intracranial hypertension and pneumothorax; (6) Minimally invasive surgery (thoracoscopic assistance, etc.);
