18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) have reached the age of 18; (2) The maximum diameter of benign tumor was less than 6cm; (3) The maximum diameter of malignant tumor was less than 4cm; (4) Patients without parathyroid-related diseases; (5) No abnormalities were found in preoperative laryngoscopy; (6) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Have a history of neck surgery or radiotherapy; (3) The patient is not suitable for surgery; (4) hyperthyroidism or depression; (5) transopening during endoscopic surgery; (6) Tumor invasion of adjacent structures such as trachea, esophagus or tissue adhesion serious; (7) Anatomical abnormalities of recurrent laryngeal nerve, such as non-recurrent larynx, were found during the operation; (8) cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (9) Patients lost to follow-up; (10) Patients persisted in withdrawing from the trial.
