Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Expected length of stay in ICU = 48h; ? Abdominal infection, and also meets the sepsis 3.0 definition standard of the American Society of Critical Care Medicine/European Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM/ESICM) in 2016, that is, fatal organ dysfunction caused by infection (sequential (infection-related) organ failure score SOFA = 2), or the need for vasopressor drugs to maintain mean arterial pressure = 65mmHg and blood lactate level>2mmol/L after full fluid resuscitation.
