Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years, informed consent to this study, suspected symptoms of myocardial ischemia or multiple risk factors for cardiovascular disease, completed coronary angiography, clinical information available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) acute myocardial infarction diagnosed prior to coronary angiography; 2) heart transplantation; 3) other organ transplantation; 4) ongoing peripheral vascular therapy; 5) right heart catheterization; 6) severe cardiac insufficiency (New York Heart Association class IV or LVEF = 20%); 7) congenital heart disease; 8) pregnancy or lactation, or women who are planning to become pregnant during the study period; 9) progressive fatal disease 10) history of alcohol or drug abuse; 11) mental illness under treatment; 12) patients with radiotherapy for oncology; 13) patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases; 14) severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 15) expected survival of less than 5 years.
