Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Before surgery,all patients had undergone standardized and thorough non-surgical periodontal treatment. 2. The periodontal regeneration surgery was performed or guided by Dr. Ouyang Xiangying. 3. The surgical methods of periodontal regenerative surgery include guided tissue regeneration,bone grafting surgery with or without platelet derivative, minimally invasive surgical technique,and combined therapy of the above methods. 4. The clinical data before and at least 5 years after surgery were stored in the electronic medical record system of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Periodontal regenerative surgeries were performed for furcation involvement without infra-bony defects.
