Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age is 25-46 years old; ? Laparoscopic myomectomy under general anesthesia; ? Gynecologic examination showed intramural myoma of uterus; ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative ultrasound examination revealed complete subserous uterine fibroids, broad ligaments or cervical or submucosal myomas, malignant lesions, use of analgesics within 48 hours before surgery, preoperative use of drugs that affect intestinal motility (such as tricyclic antidepressants, opioids or butyl scopolamine), preoperative chronic pain history, gastrointestinal disease or surgical history, previous severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of mental illness, lactating women, Language and self-expression disorders, physical disabilities and smoking habits.
