Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the age classification standards of the United Nations World Health Organization, it is clear that 45-70 years old are middle-aged and elderly. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis diseases in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition)". (3) Patients who have undergone unilateral knee replacement for the first time, and the operation is performed by the same group of doctors. (4) The Pain Catastrophization Scale (PCS) =30 points were used as clinically relevant cut-off values, which were recorded as the occurrence of pain catastrophe. (5) Those who are willing to participate in this survey, sign an informed consent form with the patient or, or the patient's family and cooperate with the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with immunodeficiency diseases, heart, liver and kidney diseases and other important organ diseases, history of gastrointestinal bleeding, and abnormal coagulation function. (2) Patients with a history of mental illness, intellectual imperfection, language communication disorder, and mental illness. (3) Patients with lateral collateral ligament injury.
