Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed with UWS/VS or MCS after 5 CRS-R assessments within 1 week; 2. The course of the disease >= 28 days, including stroke, brain trauma and ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, the condition was stable; 3. Age 18-75 years old; 4. This is the first case; 5. The patient's family members were informed of the treatment and examination procedures and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious medical diseases such as heart failure, kidney failure, acute lung injury or acute stage lung infection, or serious complications such as severe hydrocephalus; 2. A history of mental illness, alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Have a pacemaker or a metal implant in the brain; 4. Open craniocerebral injury; 5. Other MRI scanning or EEG collection contraindications; 6. Need to receive surgical treatment for various reasons.
