18 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years and<80 years; ? Meet STEMI diagnostic criteria, and the time from onset to hospital arrival is within 12h; ? Complete primary PCI; ? Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Iodine contrast agent was used 30 days before enrollment; 2.Acute renal damage caused by other definite causes; 3.Uncontrolled blood pressure (> 180/110mmHg); 4.Uncontrolled arrhythmias, including tachycardia (>120 beats/min), bradycardia ( 3.0; 10.Severe skin damage, infection or fracture of lower limbs; 11.Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure>50mmHg); 12.Pacemaker implantation; 13.Hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 14.Mechanical complications such as cardiac thrombosis, perforation, papillary muscle rupture; 15.Femoral artery puncture; 16.Hip replacement or femoral head surgery or severe lumbar disc herniation; 17.Pregnancy.
