Gold Standard:Abnormal uptake of 68Ga-PSMA in the area of prostate.

Index test:Whether the lesion invades the surrounding tissue and SUVmax values.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical patients who have come to our department for 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT examination since April 2023; 2. No cardiac pacemaker, coronary stent, steel plate and other metal implants in the body, no claustrophobia; 3. Be able to stay in bed for 30 minutes without moving.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients failed to complete an examination. 2. Patients with poor image quality could not meet the demand of diagnosis.
