Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The patient was admitted to ICU >=24h, and was diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis combined with acute respiratory distress within 48 hours of admission (meeting the diagnostic criteria for severe acute pancreatitis and acute respiratory distress at the same time); 3. Sign informed consent; 4. Those who are willing to accept the treatment of the test method and voluntarily complete the course of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to walk independently before the onset of the disease; 2. Cognitive dysfunction before the onset of the disease; 3. Previous neuromuscular diseases (such as severe muscular atrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, myasthenia gravis); 4. Severe fracture, spinal cord injury, deep vein thrombosis and other conditions requiring braking; 5. Estimated duration of onset over 7 days and completion of treatment in ICU of other hospitals; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Death is estimated within 24 hours; 8. Terminal stage of malignant tumor.
