18 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. Colorectal adenocarcinoma diagnosed by colonoscopy for the first time; 3. MRI confirmed that the tumor stage was stage II and stage III, with or without pelvic lymph node enlargement; 4. Patients who received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and successfully completed radical surgery; 5. Endoscopic ultrasonography was performed one week before neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy and the tumor was labeled with carbon nanosuspension; 6. Be willing to receive relevant treatment and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis of liver, lung and peritoneum occurred; 2. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is ineffective for rectal cancer and does not conform to the indication of radical surgery; 3. Emergency operation due to bleeding, perforation, obstruction, etc.
