28 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-pregnant women and non-vasectomized men aged 28-38 years; 2. Able to communicate in Mandarin; 3. Couples who have recently stopped contraception and have regular sex for the next year; 4. Couples who do not plan to leave their place of residence in the next two years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Couples who have not had protected sex and have had regular sex for more than one year; 2. Women and/or partners with a history of infertility; 3. Women or partners known to be suffering from major heart diseases, cystic fibrosis, cancer, autoimmune diseases, and other reproductive, metabolic, infectious and malignant diseases; 4. A history of mental illness or other mental condition that may cause cognitive impairment or inability to participate; 5. Hormonal birth control injections within the past 12 months and hormonal, sterol, anticonvulsant drugs such as contraceptives or AIDS, hepatitis B or hepatitis C drugs within the past one month.
