Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the classification and diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus set by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999; 2. Aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. HbA1c>= 7.0%; FPG=18.5kg/m^2; 5. The patient has signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute and chronic digestive tract diseases such as digestive tract ulcer and hernia; 2. Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, uncontrolled hypertension, liver and kidney insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase or serum creatinine 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal); 3. Pregnancy, brittle diabetes; 4. Acute infection phase; 5. History of myocardial infarction, heart surgery, coronary angiography or stroke in the last 3 months; 6. Mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse; 7. Allergic to the use of drugs for this test.
