Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Guideline of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, it conforms to the diagnosis of premature ovarian insufficiency in western medicine; 2. Women of childbearing age under 40 years old; 3. Sporadic menstruation or amenorrhea >=4 months; 4. FSH>25IU/L (at least 2 times, and the interval between 2 times is more than 1 month); 5. Agree to receive treatment and follow up observers according to this protocol; 6. Willing to sign informed consent; 7. Willing to register cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ovariectomy; 2. Have a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. Have urethral infection or tumor; 4. Have autoimmune diseases; 5. Abnormal birth reproductive organs; 6. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, kidney, liver and hematopoietic system; 7. Intellectual behavior disorder, unable to cooperate with clinical observation.
