Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A severe ankle sprain occurred 1 year ago. The sprain was severe enough to require rest/immobilization for at least 1 day, with pain, swelling and other problems. 2. In the 6 months before participating in the study, the ankle joint had one of the ''soft'', repeated pain, feeling unstable and repeated sprains (at least 2 times). 3. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal injuries in other parts of the lower extremities (such as surgery, fracture, etc.); 2. Potential contraindications for vibration training (such as kidney stones, acute disc herniation, etc.); 3. Metal implants or seizures in the body.
