Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students >=18 years old (including master's and doctoral students); 2. Meet StD standards: CES-D score >=16 and 8 <= HAMD-24 <= 20; 3. Have not received treatment for depression in the past 6 months or currently, and have no plans to receive treatment outside the study; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intellectual disability and physical limitations (severe mobility, visual or hearing problems, history of asthma, heart disease, etc.); 2. Used Nintendo's Fitness Ring Great Adventure series sports games; 3. Patients with other types of mental disorders; 4. There is a risk of suicide.
