Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>40 years; 2. ASA classification II-III; 3. Plan to undergo elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Suffer from chronic hypertension and take ACEI/ARB drugs regularly for a long time (more than 6 months); 5. The way to take ACEI/ARB drugs is once every morning, and only take Class A antihypertensive drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor drug control of hypertension (SBP >= 160mmHg and/or DBP >= 100mmHg); 2. Secondary hypertension; 3. Patients taking ACEI/ARB drugs due to heart failure or chronic kidney disease; 4. Patients with previous cardiac and renal insufficiency; 5. Operations requiring controlled hypotension (such as hepatectomy, rotator cuff repair, etc.).
