18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged over 18 years; 2. The previous stent implanted in coronary artery was drug-eluting stent; 3. Coronary angiography showed intracavinal restenosis of the stent (visually assessed diameter stenosis >=70%, or diameter stenosis =50% with ischemia symptoms); 4. Suitable for and receive medical balloon angioplasty or/and laser coronary angioplasty; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stenosis of ISR outside the stent; 2. Acute myocardial infarction; 3. Ejection fraction < 30%; 4. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding or bleeding tendency within the last 3 months; 5. Severe systemic diseases (including severe kidney and liver insufficiency); 6. Patients allergic to contrast media; 7. Patients with antiplatelet drug resistance; 8. Patients with a life expectancy of less than 1 year.
