Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 10-19 years; 2. Meet the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria recommended by 2018 PCOS Chinese Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, and meet the following three indicators: (1) Sporadic menstruation lasting at least 2 years after menarche or amenorrhea; (2) Clinical manifestations and hyperandrogenemia; (3) The number of follicles in one or both ovaries with a diameter of 2-9mm was >=12, and/or ovarian volume was >=10ml under ultrasound; 3. High-risk groups were screened out by the early warning model of adolescent PCOS depression constructed by the research group; 4. Have smart phone, can operate skillfully; 5. Can make self-report (have certain language understanding and expression ability); 6. The patient voluntarily participated in this study with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment and major mental illness.
