18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged range from 18 to 45 years; 2. Single pregnancy, full-term pregnancy (gestational age =37w), cephalic pregnancy; 3. Women who delivered vaginally and required epidural analgesia; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?~?; 5. The subjects will voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of local anesthetics and opioid allergy; 2. Patients with body temperature higher than 37.5 ? before analgesia; 3. Known genetic or congenital fetal malformations, fetal growth restriction, or hydramnios that may be related to placental hypofunction.
