Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First diagnosis of chronic CTS; 2. Patients with vitamin D deficiency CTS.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anxiety, depression and other mental diseases; 2. Patients cannot be followed up for a long time; 3. Patients who have recently taken medications that contain vitamin D and may affect their vitamin D levels; 4. Patients with peripheral nervous system diseases such as severe cervical spondylosis, pronator teres syndrome, peripheral neuritis, thoracic outlet syndrome, greater thenar branch Kaya syndrome, brachial plexus injury, and patients with median nerve compression caused by diseases such as gout stone, schwannoma, and tuberculosis of wrist joint; 5. Patients with severe renal insufficiency or other inability to metabolize vitamin D; 6. Other patients not suitable for inclusion.
