Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain is located in a non-nerve distribution region; 2. Increased pain intensity while sitting; 3. No pain symptoms at night; 4. Pain without objective sensory impairment; 5. Pain relief through diagnostic PNB; 6. Pain symptoms are related to sexual dysfunction. Diseases of obstetrics, gynecology, urology and proctology in relevant departments have been eliminated without any physical and mental disorders; 7. Chronic neuropathic pain that has lasted at least 6 months according to the criteria of the Neuropathic Pain Diagnostic Questionnaire (DN4); 8. Ineffective treatment by other departments; 9. Patients aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with any clotting disorder; 3. Patients with severe anxiety and depression; 4. Patients with pelvic infection or malignant tumor; 5. Patients unable to complete the questionnaire; 6. Patients with pain caused by malignant or autoimmune diseases.
