Clinical diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis, in line with IVF indications, including tubal factors, ovulation disorders, endometriosis, 3 failed artificial inseminations, and male factors; 4. Diagnosis of adenomyosis: According to the consensus of Chinese experts on the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis with infertility in 2021, it is recommended to use the TVUS imaging-based diagnosis of adenomyosis developed by the Collaborative Group of Morphological Uterus Sonographic Assessment authorized by the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2018. A total of 8 ultrasound features are: asymmetric myometrial thickening; myometrial cystic foci; island hyperechoic signal; fan-shaped shadow; subendometrial linear or punctate echo; there are strips of blood flow signals passing through the lesion; the binding band is irregular in shape; the binding band is discontinuous, and the evaluation of the binding band is recommended to be confirmed by 3D-TYUS examination. If two or more of the above-mentioned signs are present on ultrasonography, adenomyosis is suspected.
