Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 to 80 years, ASA II - III; 2. BMI 18.5-30kg/m^2; 3. Fried Frailty Scale score >=3 points; 4. No language and cognitive dysfunction before surgery, able to communicate normally and cooperate with related nerve block operation and evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of extremely high risk hypertension, malignant arrhythmia, severe heart disease, and hyperthyroidism; 2. History of drug allergy, dementia, mental illness, abnormal liver and kidney function and coagulation function; 3. Infection at the puncture site; 4. Increased intracranial pressure; 5. Long-term use of anti-depression/anxiety drugs, severe dyslexia and language expression, score of mini mental state examination (MMSE) <23 1 day before surgery.
