18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of severe brain injury, i.e. those who need to strengthen medical monitoring and treatment due to brain injury, hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, intracranial infection, brain tumor or other diseases. 2. Complete clinical data and definite patient outcome. 3. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Treatment time in intensive care department is less than 24h; 2. Patients with severe eye trauma, optic neuritis, glaucoma, optic nerve tumor and other ophthalmic diseases; 3. Other important organ injuries or pelvic fractures were excluded; 4. The patient voluntarily gave up treatment.
