Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. ASA grade ?-?; 4. All patients signed informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to benzodiazepines and narcotic drugs; 2. Significant dysfunction of important organs such as respiration, circulation, liver and kidney before surgery; 3. Preoperative examination results suggested the existence of distant metastasis; 4. Patients receiving preoperative chemoradiotherapy and hormone therapy; 5. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 6. Patients with perioperative blood transfusion history; 7. Participate with other researchers within the last three months.
