Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with chronic insomnia disorder: (1) CID diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd edition, ICSD-3 were met; (2) Aged 18-60 years, right-handed; (3) Junior high school or above; (4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score more than 7 (PSQI score > 7). 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy controls: (1) Age, sex and years of education were matched with chronic insomnia disorder patients; (2) Good sleep quality and PSQI score <=7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sleep disorders other than CID (based on ICSD-3 criteria); 2. Hamilton Depression Scale score >=18 and Hamilton Anxiety Scale score >=14; 3. Serious diseases of the heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system; 4. Any contraindications to MRI scans with pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc., and claustrophobia, etc.; 5. History of mental or neurological disorders or head trauma with loss of consciousness; 6. Pregnant, pregnant, nursing patients.
