20 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor and receiving chemotherapy with taxoid regimen. 2. Patients with peripheral neuropathy with NCI grade 2 or above adverse reactions within 1 to 2 months after stopping chemotherapy. 3. Patients who stopped using drugs to treat or prevent peripheral neuropathy for 2 weeks or more. 4. Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome in TCM differentiation. 5. Expected survival of more than 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by other non-chemotherapy drugs or diabetic patients with peripheral paresthesia. 2. Patients who are receiving other medications that may cause neurotoxicity, such as ethambutol, phenytoin sodium, etc. 3. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, immune and hematopoietic systems. 4. Pregnant and lactating patients. 5. Patients who cannot receive acupuncture treatment due to needle-phobia, allergy to stainless steel needles and other reasons.
