18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients with extensive stage III periodontitis; 3. Patients with chronic kidney disease (stage 3-5); 4. Residual teeth >=20 (there are more than 10 pairs of functional antimaxillary teeth).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with edentulous jaw; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. There are systemic diseases affecting the performance/effect of periodontal treatment; 4. Patients with hemorrhagic disease or coagulation disorder who cannot receive periodontal non-surgical treatment; 5. Patients who were pregnant or planned to become pregnant during the study period; 6. Patients requiring prophylactic antibiotic use before dental treatment; 7. Received antibiotic treatment in the past 3 months; 8. Periodontal treatment (other than supracingival cleaning) in the past 12 months; 9. Participating in other clinical trials.
